Michelangelo Montefusco trained under the guidance of Federico Squassi whom he joined in 1991, becoming partner of his Firm in 2000.
Among his areas of practise are labour law, employment relationship, commercial and industrial law, intellectual property and privacy.
He advises clients operating in the industrial, trade and financial business on a broad range of commercial and labour matters, helping them to navigate the challenges and complexities of the local legal environment,
and providing support in subjects such as commercial agency relations, agency contracts, distribution and financial networks management and disputes.
More recently, he has advised several clients in approaching the internet, helping positioning themselves and their sales activity on the web, supporting the definition of rules, terms and conditions for their e-commerce needs.
He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating agreements and contracts for clients in commercial matters both in Italy and abroad.
He graduated in 1991 from the University of Milan with a thesis in Commercial Law entitled “Patent law and Article 36 of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community”.
He is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI, Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani)
