Alessandra Scelsi joined the Firm in 2011, after previous experiences in law firms in Milan.
Her areas of practice include civil law, labour law, and social security law and she supports the Firm’s clients in all related matters.
Alessandra gained significant experience in the field of judicial and pre-judicial dispute resolutions, insolvency and debt legal collection in its different forms of execution, including wage garnishment, foreclosure and bankruptcy filing in front of the national Courts.
She graduated in 2004 at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, discussing a thesis in Social Security law.
