She focuses on Judicial debt collection and is in charge of the internal team dedicated to legal proceedings, where she developed an extensive experience in setting up an industrialised process, allowing high levels of operational efficiency that represents an added value for the Firm’s clients.
Besides her main activity as debt litigator, Ivana advises and assists clients focussing on a wide range of injury related issues and litigation.
She graduated in 1987 at Università Statale di Milano, discussing a thesis in Constitutional law on “Freedom of economic initiative”.
